A2Z Telecom wants to build long-term business relationship with its customers – therefore we use to follow a liberal cancellation/termination policy under the following conditions:

  • A2Z Telecom Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to deactivate the services of Telecom in case of failure to make payment after the lapse of 7 days from due date.
  • A2Z Telecom Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling the terms of this Agreement due to act of Nature or other causes which are unavoidable and beyond the reasonable control of A2Z Telecom Pte. Ltd.
  • Payments made by the customers/clients shall not be refundable.
  • The received amount is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Remittance/Amount of payment once received will not be returned back in any case even if the cancellation is placed within 12 hours. The money can be adjusted against other service or a future order within next 90 days.
  • If you found any product /services received is not up to the mark or not as shown on our website or as per your expectations, you can notify the same to our customer service within next 12 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team will be responsible to take your consideration into mind and take appropriate action to rectify the error and improve our service.

Refund Policy

  • The money back policy is not applicable in the A2Z Telecom, so if you buy any product or subscribe for any service our company does not offer any money back policy. But in case you are not satisfied with our products or services you can notify the same to our customer service within next 12 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team will be responsible to take your consideration into mind and take appropriate action to rectify the error and improve our service.
